I’m on my way to creating a widget that has a small functionality found in the “My Tmobile” website. Basically you put in up to 8 names and phone numbers and then click “download to phone”. Then you get an SMS on your phone that you must restart it for the changes to take effect on your phone, once that is done, the names and phone numbers appear in your address book on your phone.

I’ve gotten it to work outside of the t-mobile site. So now on to design and implementation of the actual widget. More details to come…
